A picturesque alley in the heart of Ermoupoli, next to the central Miaouli square, hides the cool and verdant garden of the MAZI restaurant. Climbing plants cover the stone arches, remnants of architecture from another era of the capital of Syros. Blooming colorful bougainvillea and tree foliage perform roof duties. Here we are inspired by the aura of the Cyclades, marry the Greek culinary philosophy with international culinary cultures and present our own creative cuisine. Here we start every taste journey with the cocktail that suits it. Ask us to suggest the right one that will prepare you for the dishes to come. We believe in the matching of tastes and created our wine list in order to take you to favorite vineyards of Greece and the world map.
